Vernon E. Jett

Vernon E. Jett, age 60, of Perry, NY passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw.
He was born in Brockport, NY on April 1, 1959 a son to the late Harvey E. and Margaret “Peg” (Hughes) Jett.
Vernon was a graduate of Wyoming Central School. He was a licensed hairdresser, and worked for Presto Lite in Arcade where he was a CNC machine operator.
He enjoyed fishing, being outside doing yard work and gardening or just a simple ride with family to get an ice cream cone. He was also an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
He is survived by his wife: Audra M. (Chase) Jett whom he married on June 26, 1993, 2 daughters: Mikhayla and Maggie Jett of Perry, 2 sisters: Karen Evans and Lori (Michael Durfee) Jett both of Castile, 3 brothers: Harvey Jett Jr. of Gainesville, Douglas Jett of Castile, Darrell (Anna) Jett of Houghton, mother-in-law: Mary (Thomas) Baehr of Akron, 2 brother-in-laws: Arthur Mulcahy of Perry, Robert (Danielle) Chase Jr. of Akron, along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a sister: Connie Mulcahy and brothers: Bob and David Jett.
Family and friends may call from1-2pm on Saturday February 15th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry where a Memorial service will follow at 2pm.
