Thomas J. Mincey

Thomas J. Mincey, age 57 of Perry, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2020 at his home in Perry.
He was born on October 7, 1962 in Ocala, Florida, a son to the late Ronald and Marion (Cottone) Mincey.
Tom worked for District Council #4 in Buffalo as a bridge painter.
He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Mt. Morris and the Oatka Valley Snowmobile Club. He enjoyed snowmobiling, four wheeling, camping, traveling and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his fiancée: Sheila Aberth of Perry, 2 sons: Philip (Janessa) Mincey of Crosby, Texas., Samuel (Tabitha Ryan) Mincey of Waterport, NY, Sheila’s children: Steven (Becky Chrissy) Cartwright of Fillmore, Shawna Swain of Perry, sister: Mary Jo Mincey of California, brother: Billy Mincey of Mt. Morris, 10 grandchildren: Mary Jane, Demitri, Devin, Piper Jane, Dameon, Caleb, Coltn, Cole, Alyssa and Sarah, great grandson: Luca, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins including the Hutchko’s and friends..
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister: Rhonda Mincey Nedd who passed away in 2018.
Services will be held at a later date.
He will be laid to rest in St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Mt. Morris,New York.
