Robert C. Blanc

Robert C. Blanc, age 83 of Perry, NY passed away on Sunday July 14, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on December 18, 1940 in Warsaw, New York a son to the late Thomas and Rita (Hamer Blanc Sr.
Bob was a 1958 graduate of Perry Central High School. He worked for the former Retsof Salt Mine and American Rock Salt as an electrical foreman retiring in 1999.
He enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden, fishing, woodworking, especially
making birdhouses, and birdwatching.
He is survived by his wife: Toni whom he married on August 29, 1959, 2 daughters: Kimberly (Jeffrey) Jackson of Silver Springs, Jennifer (Steven Laraby) Smith of Warsaw, 1 son: Christopher of Warsaw, sister: Maxine Slocum of Perry, sisters-in-law: Stacia Brown of Silver Springs, Kathryn Blanc of Texas, Darlene Blanc of Florida and Jean Blanc of York, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Along with his parents Bob is preceded in death by a son: Daniel R. Blanc who passed away in 2018 and brothers: Richard, William and James Blanc.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Bob will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
