Patricia C. Hatch, 66 of Perry, passed away on Saturday January 18, 2025 at the Charlotte House in North Java.
She was born in Elmira, New York on May 1, 1958 a daughter to the late Raymond and Helen (Koliwoski) Hatch.
Patricia enjoyed nature, listening to soft music, sensory lights, watching Little House on the Prairie, and enjoyed the company of staff and friends at the DDSO homes she lived in.
She is survived by sisters: Donna (Cecil) Root and Michele Mitchell of Elmira, brother Donald Hatch of Elmira, and her extended family at the DDSO Homes she has lived in.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by a sister: Darlene Hatch.
Patricia was laid to rest in East Newark Cemetery in Newark, NY.
