Michael J. Fox

Michael J. Fox, 72, of Castile passed away on Thursday May 5, 2022 at the Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw surrounded by his family.
He was born on April 13, 1950 in Warsaw, New York a son to the late James and Joan (Halsey) Fox.
Mike was a graduate of Perry Central High School. He served proudly with the US Army during the Vietnam War.
He worked for Attica Correctional Facility and retired from Morton Salt Co. in Silver Springs.
He was a member of the VFW Post #5009 in Perry. He enjoyed bowling with his friends on the bowling league, taking his cars to area car show, and hunting with family and friends.
He is survived by 2 daughters: Tina Fox of Pike and Stacy (Jacob) Sumeriski of Castile, 2 sons: Michael (Rachel) Fox of Bliss and William (Tracy) Fox of Gainesville, a sister: Linda Klein of Perry and brother: James (Lois) Fox of Manchester, NH, 8 grandchildren: Kalie Gardner, Alyssa Fox, Kendra Beardslee , Jade, Kayla Fox, Alison, Natalie and Caden Sumeriski, along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a grandson Dylan Fox.
Family and friends may call 3-6pm on Saturday May 14th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry where services will follow at 6pm.
Mike will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
