Lucinda A. Boyer

Lucinda A. “Cindy” Boyer, 78, of Perry, passed away on Saturday March 15, 2025 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital in Venice, Florida.

She was born in Milton, Massachusetts on July 8, 1946, a daughter to the late Richard T. and Hope C. (Cony) Buell.

Cindy attended an all girls school in West Bridge, Massachusetts and graduated from Erie Tech and SUNY Brockport.

She was a dental hygienist working for several area schools and eventually for the late Dr. Raymond Deeney and retired from Silver Lake Dental working under Dr. Ralph Field.

Cindy was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Perry where she was a former church youth group leader. She was also a former Cub Scout leader and former member of the Tuesday Club in Perry. Cindy loved to spend time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her beloved son: David M. Boyer of Perry, loving companion: Del Bell of Perry, cousins: William Lathbury, Susan Seymour and Beth Eriksen along with several nieces, nephews and friends. She is also survived by Del’s children: Kimala (Ray) Butler of Nunda, Kristin (Mark) Ries of Cheektowaga, Brian Bell of Florida, 6 grandchildren: Kayleigh (Joe) Repass, Austin Wheeler, Andrew Howard, Kaitlin (Maria) Krammes, Sydney Bell and Kellen Bell.

Along with her parents Cindy is preceded in death by her husband: Michael “Mick/Mickey” J. Boyer who passed away in 1998, son: Richard "Rick/Ricky" Allen who passed away in 1986, brother: Thomas R. Buell who passed away in 2000 and cousin: Gail Humphrey who passed in 2024.

Family and friends may call from 4-7pm on Friday, April 11th followed by services on Saturday, April 12th at noon at Eaton Watson Funeral Home 98 N. Main St. Perry, New York.

Cindy will be laid to rest in Prospect Hill Cemetery in Perry Center, New York.
