Lucas Robert Provorse

Lucas Robert Provorse, age 14, of Perry NY passed away on Wednesday March 31, 2021 at the Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital in Orlando Florida.
He was born in Warsaw, NY on October 26, 2006 a son to Robert G. and Jamie L. (Matson) Provorse.
Lucas was a 9th grader at Perry Central School. He loved to play baseball, was involved in Special Olympics for several years where he was a skier and swimmer. He loved to fish, hunt, go camping with his family and friends, watch fireworks, collecting firearms and enjoyed playing X-Box and go 4 wheeling with his friends whom they all called each other “Goonies”. He was an avid Green Bay Packers and Yankee fan.
He is survived by his parents Robert and Jamie, sister: Marissa (Kyle Regal ) McClurg of Mt. Morris, brother: Dylan McClurg of Perry, maternal grandmother: Linda Roblee of Mt. Morris, maternal grandfather: James (Bonnita) Matson of Perry, paternal grandparents: Charles (Gloria) Provorse of Perry, aunt: Dawn Provorse, uncles: Jason Provorse, Jeffrey Matson and Kent Severson, his pets Daisy, Mack and Buttercup, along with many great aunts, uncles, cousins and friends “Goonies” survive .
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to set up a scholarship at Perry Central School in Memory of Lucas.
