Lois M. Dempsey

Lois M. Dempsey, age 86, of Castile, passed away on Thursday September 15, 2016 at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo.
She was born on July 13, 1930 a daughter of the late Fredrick (Madeline Wieszhel) Fowell.
She was a member of the Perry VFW, the former Moose Club in Perry, Wyoming County Home Bureau and Perry Garden Club. A history buff, Lois enjoyed crafts, sewing, cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her husband: Charles R. Dempsey whom she married in 1965, 3 sons: Charles “Skip” DeLorme, Gerald (Darlene App) DeLorme both of Rochester, Eugene (Kathy) DeLorme of Brockport, a step-daughter: Laurie Dempsey and step-son: Charles ( Sherry) Dempsey of Hilton sister: Madaline “Peggy” (Ronald) Florack of Fla., several grandchildren, great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by 2 sisters: Doris Mulligan and Irene Hanlon, and a brother: Elmer Dunning.
Family and friends may call from 4-7pm on Sunday September 18th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, LLC. 98 North Main St. in Perry.
Funeral Services will be on Monday September 19th at 11:00am at the funeral home.
She will be laid to rest in the Middle Reservation Road Cemetery in Castile.
