Kevin D. Phillips

Kevin D. Phillips, age 54 of Perry, passed away on Monday, April 20, 2020 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester
Kevin was born on July 25, 1965 in Rochester, New York, a son to the late Frank and Dorothy Jean (Nielson) Phillips.
Kevin worked at the Silver Lake Day Treatment Services in Perry.
He was an avid WWE and Hockey fan. He was loved by his family and extended family at the DDSO home in Perry.
He is survived by his favorite sister: Linda Phillips of Rochester, brothers: Charles (Beatrice) Phillips of Rochester, Douglas (Cheryl Root) Phillips of Rochester, Larry Phillips of Saratoga Springs, Michael (Teresa) Phillips of Equador, and his family at the DDSO home in Perry, along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother Thomas Phillips.
Services will be held at a later date.
