John J. Naylor, age 81 of Perry, NY passed away on Monday July 1, 2024 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
He was born on January 24, 1943 in Ayers, Massachusetts a son to the late Joseph W. and Elizabeth (Nugent) Naylor.
John worked for the Rochester’s Carpenter’s Union #276 through Robert F. Hyland and Sons LLC. retiring in 2002 after 35 years of service.
John was a member of the National Street Rod Association. He had a great love of Street Rod Cars, having built 5 of his own. Still owning his first car a 1932 Ford.
He is survived by his wife: Vicki (Price) whom he married on December 15, 1962, 2 sons: Douglas (Dawn) of Worchester, Mass, Michael of Perry, brother: James (Christine) of Ft. Myers Beach, Fla., 5 grandchildren: Ryan, Emily and Darcy Naylor, Delaney (Jacob) Pelrah and Dylan Naylor, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
John will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
