Elizabeth D. Koch, age 68, of Leicester NY passed away on Thursday May 28,
2020 at Highland Hospital in Rochester after a courageous four year battle with pancreatic cancer..
She was born in Warsaw, New York on June 22, 1951, a daughter to Mary Lou (Stroup)Dumary of Perry and the late James H. Dumary Jr.
Elizabeth was a graduate of Perry Central School Class of 1969.
She retired in 2014 after many years of service a Tompkins Bank of Castile in Retsof, LeRoy,Batavia and Avon where she worked in many postions including the mortage department and branch manager.
She was a member of the Brick Presbyterian Church in Perry. She was a former board of director and volunteer at the Habitat for Humanity in Batavia. She was an avid quilter and enjoyed researching her ancestry. She enjoyed spending as much time as possible with her loving family especially with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her 2 daughters: Kimberly (Brian) LoTempio of Eden, Jacqueline (Patrick) Cannon of Springwater, a son: Daniel (Sherry) Koch of York, mother: Mary Lou (Stroup)Dumary of Perry, 6 grandchildren: Joseph, Samuel, Brian Jr., Sierra, Jacob and Jennifer, 2 sisters: Susan (David) Brown of Berthoud, Co, Jane (Robert) Biondolillo of Odenton, MD along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Along with her father she is preceded in death by a brother: James H. Dumary III who passed away in 1966.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family with a Memorial service to be held at a later date.
She will be laid to rest in Glenwood Cemetery in Perry, NY.
