Donna L. Hardy

Donna L. Hardy, age 89, of Perry passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the Wyoming County Nursing Facility in Warsaw surrounded by her family.
She was born in Jamestown, NY on April 20, 1929 a daughter of the late William and Helen Deckman-Lundberg.
She was a graduate of Olean High School in Olean, NY
Donna worked as a typist for the Olean Tile Co. in Olean and as a clerk for the former Convenient Food Mart in Perry.
She enjoyed going to flea markets, collecting salt and pepper shakers and especially being the best Wife, Mother and Grandmother.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years: Raymond Hardy Sr. whom she married on June 4, 1949, a daughter: Kimberley (Brian) Levey of Riverside, CA., 2 sons: Raymond (Mary) Hardy Jr. of Victoria, TX., James (Denise Warren) Hardy of Perry, 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by a son: Michael Hardy who passed away in 1986, step-father: Carl Lundberg, sister: Ruth Simmons and brother: James McNamara.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
She will be laid to rest in the Glenwood Cemetery in Perry.
