Dolores A. Odymala, age 90, of Perry, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 at the Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Mt. Morris.
She was born in Clarion, PA on January 7, 1934, a daughter to the late Sylvester P. and Mary C. (Crate) Aaron.
Dolores was a bookkeeper for the former R+S Agricultural Services and Comstock Foods.
She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Community (St. Joseph’s Church) in Perry and the Wyoming County Home Bureau. She enjoyed quilting and sewing, doing puzzles, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Dolores is survived by a daughter: Kelly (Richard) Cicero of Leicester,4 sons: Douglas McClurg of Fowlerville, Charles (Senia) McClurg of Clarksville, TN., Gregory (Donna Tarala) McClurg of Perry, and David McClurg of Perry, 3 sisters: JoAnne Krawczyk of Fairport, Valgene Maker of Silver Springs, and Sylvia Zintel of Silver Springs, 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, in addition to many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Along with her parents, Dolores is preceded in death by her husband Stanley C. Odymala, and siblings: Lucille Kornacki, Regis Aaron, Joseph Aaron, and Jerome Aaron.
Family and friends may call from 4-7 on Wednesday, May 29th at the Eaton-Watson Funeral Home, 98 North Main St. in Perry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday May 30th, at 10am at St. Isidore Catholic Community (St. Joseph’s Church) in Perry. Dolores will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Perry.
