Bruce A. Binder

Bruce A. Binder, age 52 of Pavilion, NY passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on April 24, 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on October 25, 1971 in Dansville, New York a son to Greg J. Binder and Susan (Harcleroad) Barber.

Bruce was a 1990 graduate of York Central School. He served proudly with the US Army from 1993-1999.

He was a manager for Walmart in Warsaw.

Bruce enjoyed monster trucks, trains, loved fast cars, working on cars, taking care of his lawn, watching movies, and especially enjoyed spending time with his family, and being called “Poppy” By his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife: Jacqueline (Jack) Binder whom he shared 25 loving years with, daughter: Alyson Binder of North Carolina, Timothy (Brittany) Heiman of Leicester, Ryan Binder of Pavilion, father: Greg J. Binder of Leicester, mother: Susan (David) Barber of Mt. Morris, sisters: Tammy (Bryan) Russell of LeRoy, Denise (Randy) Flickner of Lima, brother: Greg (Sonia) Binder Jr. of South Carolina, sisters-in-law: Sharon (Matthew) Davis, Mary Clemo both of Pennsylvania, brothers-in-law: John (Nicole) Jack of Dansville, James (Tami) Jack of Rochester, 2 grandchildren: Elizabeth Heiman and Camryn Binder along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday May 1st at 10:00 am at the Western New York National Cemetery 1254 Indian Falls Rd. Corfu, New York 14036.
